What you buy

Digital wallpaper files (JPEG, 2736 × 1536 pixels) for personal use on your own devices. You may not resell, share or redistribute them. All images are original works and remain the property of Tela.

Who you pay: Link, seller of record

Checkout is operated by Link, a Stripe service. Link is the seller of record for your order: you place your order with Link, you accept Link’s terms and privacy policy on the payment page, and Link charges your payment method. Your bank statement shows LINK.COM followed by our name, and your receipt is e-mailed to you by Link. The wallpapers themselves are created and provided by Tela, under the terms on this page.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency of the country you select. On the payment page you may be offered to pay in your local currency, converted by Link; the total shown there before you pay is the amount charged. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is included in the price and is collected and paid to the tax authorities by Link.

Delivery

Files are available for download immediately after payment, on your order page. Keep the link to that page; if you lose it, write to us with the e-mail address you paid with and we send it again. Nothing is shipped.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

You are buying digital content delivered immediately. By completing your purchase you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the files are made available (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). If a file is faulty or missing, write to us and we replace it. Questions about a payment or a charge can also be addressed to Link, from your receipt.

Personal data

Payment details are collected by Link and Stripe; we never see or store your card. We receive your e-mail address and the content of your order, and use them only to deliver your files and answer your questions.

The site sets no advertising cookies. It remembers the country you chose in your browser, and it may count visits anonymously with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. When you arrive from another site or a link with a campaign tag, we keep the name of that source with your order, to know which channels bring customers. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as any web request does.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
