Frequently asked questions
Everything about your order and your files. Something else on your mind?
Write to usYour order
How do I receive my order?
You get a download button immediately after payment, on your order page. Bookmark that page: the link keeps working if you need the files again.
Which currency will I pay in?
The one shown on the page. Prices follow the country you pick at the top of the site, and the amount you see is the amount you pay.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Checkout is run by Link, a Stripe service: we never see or store your card details.
Why does my bank statement say LINK.COM?
Payments for Tela are processed by Link, a Stripe service, which is the seller of record for your order. Your statement shows LINK.COM followed by our name, and your receipt comes from Link.
Can I get a refund?
The files are delivered instantly, so there is no right of withdrawal once you have them. If a file does not open or something is missing, write to us and we fix it. For a question about the payment itself, you can also contact Link from your receipt.
I lost my download page. What now?
Write to noahboch67@gmail.com with the e-mail address you paid with, and we send your download link again.
The wallpapers
What does a collection contain?
10 wallpapers in landscape format, made for laptops and monitors.
What is the resolution?
Every wallpaper is a JPEG of 2736 × 1536 pixels, in 16:9. That is more than a Full HD or QHD screen needs; on a 4K monitor the system enlarges it slightly.
Will they work on Mac and Windows?
Yes. They are standard image files: set them as your wallpaper like any picture, on macOS, Windows or Linux.
Are there phone versions?
Not yet. The shop starts with desktop wallpapers; phone versions will come later.
Can I use them for my videos or my shop?
The files are for personal use on your own screens. You may not resell or redistribute them.
